  Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. Food was of top quality. Entertainment was provided every night but was not to our taste but we did appreciate its provision. Location of hotel was perfect,... hva folk sier » across from the beach & close to airport & close to the buzz of the strip. - - Great food and service in the dining room - definitely recommend the half board basis which allows flexing lunch and dinner - Rooms are large, modern, clean and comfortable - Good location and very near the shops, restaurants of Puerto del Carmen. Pocillos Beach is on the doorstep but it's too windy for sunbathing...however lots of other beaches nearby
