Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. The location and poolside bar. Apartments were fine.Very helpful staff and well maintained grounds. It is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday, its not the Ritz but you get what you pay for and this was top notch.

Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay. at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we
received a complementary upgrade to the Grand Suite, which is out of
this world. Wine and snacks were left complementary upon our arrival and
on the day of the birthday the manager sent a bottle of red wine. The
cleaning staff came everyday at a time we requested and the pool was

Right on the beach staff very helpful and friendly, very clean and situated close to shops restaurants etc. However after these good reviews we hope it does'nt put the price up .. as we would love to go back again .. finances permitting. -

The hotel was great. We went all inclusive and the food was lovely. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the party strip or 4 euro in a taxi which was great if you want to relax away from the noise etc. the hotel was clean and of a great standard for the money you pay. -

We liked the grounds of the hotel and the way they were laid out. Lots
of little areas in which to relax on sunloungers etc. Particularly liked
the little cove when it wasnt breezy. Hotel was a bit dated but very
clean and staff were pleasant in the main - one person in particular

and always good humoured. Breakfast & dinner were reasonably good
