These apartments are less than 100m from a nice sandy beach and located
behind the sol lanzarote hotel. The sun bathing area is big enough to
accomodate the complex and sun loungers are in good condition. Gated
complex which is secure. Quiet spot but plenty of pubs and restaurants
very close by if you want them. The bungalow itself was spotlessly
clean, the kitchen has an oven, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge. The
bathroom is spacius with a powerful shower and plenty of hot water. -The

Quiet complex with 16 bungalows. Clean, tidy with TV/ good shower/ private patio area. The pool felt like my own as on;y 5 other appartments were booked out when I stayed. Beach (fantastic) is on your doorstep and restaurants and (Irish) bars are a two minute stroll.
Very relaxed, cheerful atmosphere. Secure. Good shower. Frequent clean towels. Very quiet. Very close to airport, shopping centre, restaurants, bars and beach. Would go there again.

Ideal spot you could have a very quiet holiday or head out to Puerto del Carmen 5 minutes away for a more livelier holiday. Bungalows were nice great to have a full cooker. The pool was kept well also. The staff couldn't be nicer or do enough for you.

It's on the quiet (East) side of the resort, so an hour walk or 2 euro bus ride to get to the old town. The complex, though clean and tidy, would benefit from some tlc to the property as paintwork and railings looked unloved.

The beds are quite dated could do with replacing. Tiles also in certain areas throughout bungalow could do with updating.
The bungalows are in desperate need of upgrading both exterior an interior the fixtures an furnishings.are in a appalling state.
