  What a gem this place is! From the minute we arrived, we felt as though we were the only people who mattered. Dany and Joaquim who manage the reception made us very welcome. We were told the complex was fully occupied, but we saw only a few other guests and other then by the pool we heard no voices. It is a beautiful complex, stunningly maintained... hva folk sier » , peaceful, a perfect place to relax. The bungalow had everything we needed for self-catering and even though we planned to eat out, we used the local - The best accomodation (for leisure) I've ever had. Location: excellent if you're interested in relax and peaceful atmosphere, close to unique Papagayo beaches (15 min. walk) and ordinary Coloradamar beach for those lazy ones (2-3 min. walk) :). Two supermarkets are nearby (Roper: 2-3 min.walk, HyperDino:5-7 min.walk). Bus stop is right in front of reception. If you travel with children, the playground is 2 min.walk.   Due to some urgent drainage repairs in a number of the hotel rooms, we were relocated to a nearby hotel, given a complimentary breakfast and a taxi to take us to the new hotel at no extra cost. The staff were extremely helpful and the new hotel was very good too!! - Location was great. Local to shops, bars and eating places. Many within 2 minutes... hva folk sier » walk, more within 10 minutes walk. Main centre 20 minutes walk. Staff very helpfull. Packo was great with day time entertainment.

  Great place ! We booked a room with a sea viea and it was perfect. The pools are very nice. Very good value for money. I would certainly recommend it, especially to young parents with small children. - Food was exccellent

  We found the location ideal for us. Aparthotel Rubimar is a leasurely 20 to 25 minute walk away from the main port of Playa Blanca. The walk is along the seafront, like a prominard but not in a commercial looking way. There is a market every Wednesday and Saturday just a 5 minute walk from the Hotel, well worth a visit. All the staff at the hot... hva folk sier » el where very friendly, the food could not be faulted, plenty of choice every day to suit vegeterians, fish and meat. The indoor pool is a nice 1.3 - Perfect location, with bars, supermarkets and restaurants only a couple of minutes walk away. Excellent room which faced the pool and got the sun all day, which was great to sit on after a day out walking or at the beach. Everything was perfect, especially as myself and my partner were self-catering, and kitchen provided us we everything we needed. Have already recommended the Rubimar to friends.
