We found the hotel to be very acceptable, prior to arriving at the hotel we emailed asking them for a refurbished room with a sea view if possible.....their replay was that they would try to accomodate us if possible with regards to our request.....We actualy got what we requested. Due to some urgent drainage repairs in a number of the hotel rooms, we
were relocated to a nearby hotel, given a complimentary breakfast and a
taxi to take us to the new hotel at no extra cost. The staff were
extremely helpful and the new hotel was very good too!! -
Location was great. Local to shops, bars and eating places. Many within 2 minutes

Friendly personnel. Reasonably good food, selection renewed every day.

good choice. Totally agree with your policy of "No towels on
sunbeds" - wish other hotels would do the same! Pleasant hotel and

Great place ! We booked a room with a sea viea and it was perfect. The pools are very nice. Very good value for money. I would certainly recommend it, especially to young parents with small children. - Food was exccellent

the apartment we had was very spacious and comfortable, room layout felt amazing and quality of facilities on a very high level, including toaster and orange squeezer, nice new kettle. the hotel itself is extremely huge and it has thousands of small pools if you need some privacy and few large ones with entertainment for kids and adults.

We loved being able to see the mountains from the balcony, and the lovely layout of the resort. It was great for us as a family as there was plenty to see and do. The food was varied and to a high standard and we would love to come back and stay here again. The pool bartender (i think it was Josef) was very friendly and always made us welcome.
