  The reception staff is great and welcoming, however no bell boy, no welcome drink, unlike many other 4 star hotels. The rooms good sized, clean good sized bathrooms, beds comfy enough, however empty mini freezer, no tea making facility or even empty glasses or water in the room. A little walk walk to the City Centre/Old Town however we found the position excellent as it has excellent access to both Marbella and Puerto Banus. Excellent taxi and bus links. The Spa is terrific and the very large indoor pool is absolutely great...lovely and warm to! Recommend 7th floor views if you can get them.   We liked the room set up and the customer service, which was excellent.We really appreciated the Kids Club, which offered our daughterfantastic interactive entertainment and games, while we used thewonderful Spa facility.   Everything - I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. It is set just 5 minsfrom marbella and 10mins from puerto banus by car. It is on top of thehills with amazing veiws of the sea. The Hotel itself is spotless,decorated in Asian style to perfection and so personal as there are only5 rooms. And the service is outstanding! The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the personal touch goes a long way.
