The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and to hand whenever needed. She speaks fluent Spanish, English, and French and Italian. The breakfast was good and plentiful arranged at a time to suit us. Tea and coffee making facilities available in our room. The room was large and tastefully decorated and comfortable with heating if and when required. We enjoyed tapas and drinks in the hotel bar. If we went to Loja again, we would definitely stay there.
