  Great design of the Hotel - both exterior and interior. The staff speaks english :) (a bit difficult to find spanish people speaking english). Staff was very helpfull. Rooms are very well equipped. Everything is exellent exept one - windowns are locked so if you like fresh night ang mourning air you'll be failed. - Nice large room in a good location, beautifully decorated and very professional staff. The rooms have to have the best city view in Spain, it was like staying opposite St Paul's Cathedral, and at night this amazing illuminated building filled our view, the rooms are modern and bright, the ac welcome and the electric blinds made for a good night's sleep. Worth a visit, and the Pla - Excellent apartment ,top quality appliances,nice bedroom with onsuit,Wether religious or not the veiw from lounge window of cathedral is stunning ,and especially at night.Staff at the hotel where we had to collect the keys where very helpful ,the only draw back was it was a little difficult to find,anyone contemplating a visit head for cathedral -Basilica ,park near as possible,hotel no more than 150yds to pick up keys,and hotel staff will help with the parking,well worth the visit.Gareth, Pat
