Everything! - The front desk staff was very helpful, and we appreciated their ability to speak some english. The rooms were clean and adequate. Finally, proximity to the Metro stops was also adequate.

A modern hotel in a fairly quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city. 10 - 15 minute walk from the beach - we didn't see one tacky tourist shop in the area - but an exellent shopping mall with supermarket and restaurants only a 3 minute walk away. The reception waited for us till 3 am because our flight was delayed and
we were given a warm friendly welcome even at that early hour. The room
was spacious, clean, comfortable and had really good curtains that
blocked out light completely for us to sleep late into the next morning.
