  The apartments are not central but conveniently located close to two metro stations, which is on the same line as many of the tourist attractions. The furnishings are basic but everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are plenty of shops close by to buy basic food requirements but not really any decent places to eat. Joan, the manager, is very... hva folk sier » helpful. He sat down with us the first evening and showed us all the places we wanted to see on a map and explained how to get there. He also suggest - Very friendly staff and very good value for money. Was the same price as the cheapest hotels but receive much more than a normal hotel room with two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom. It isnt in the centre of town but it is very close to the main line on the metro which is a 10 min ride away from the centre of town. Overall more than what you need if you plan to be out all day

  The Gentleman who received us (Family of 6 ) although he wasn't on duty for the remainder of our stay, he was extremely helpful, pleasant and understood and spoke english very well. The others were pleasant. The location was very close to Parc Guell. The kids liked the pool. - Small and very welcoming.

  The apartment looked brand new and had all the facilities we needed, 2 toilets one with bathtub and one with shower, the ac worked well. The staff was good when we were there but don't expect them to answer emails sent before arrival, they didn't reply to - Size and interior of the flat. Self-catering. Convenient location close to the metro. Many tourist attractions are easily accesible using the Metro such as Las Ramblas. Parc Güell and the Tramvia Blau was walking distance from the flat. The staff was fluentnin many languages including English and also very helpfull to book transfers from the airport.

  We liked the communication with BWH Gracia prior to coming to Barcelona. I had numerous questions beforehand which were all answered promptly and clearly by BWH staff via email. Instructions provided were clear and helpful. We loved our apartment and the location! It was comfortable, well kept, and very clean. We travelled with a group of four young women for our first time in Barce - The location was perfect. Right in the middle of a charming neighborhood. The apartment was spacious and clean.   The apartment was exactly as seen on the pictures - nice interior, cozy, fresh, well equipped. Location was perfect - nice neighbourhood, in the end of the main shopping street in Barcelona, close to the metro stations (in the middle of two metro stations).
