the hotel room was very clean and comfortable. there was no water heater for tea but this was immediately provided by the front desk staff. metro is only 5 minutes walk away. very quiet area. the air condition in the room is very efficient making for a welcome space from hot days. -

AMAZING hotel that I would recommend to everyone! We (2 best friends) stayed at 'Emma' for 4 nights. The whole staff, from the people at the reception to the cleaning lady, were very helpful en friendly! We felt very welcome.

The rooms overlooking into the interior of the building,where we stayed on the first night, have no daylight and the ventilation is insufficient. So we asked to change to a front room with a window that could be opened. Our request was immediately satisfied. The staff were exceptional and the strongest point of the hotel.The rooms were comfortable and properly cleaned.Breakfast is good and the hotel location is excellent.

Basseng/sauna - The hotel was very clean. Rooms were bigger than I had expected and they did have air conditioning. Bathroom had large bath with shower. Towels and bedsheets were changed daily. Booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary & it didn't disappoint. The staff were amazing making excellent restaurant recommendations with directions & reservations all taken care of as well as providing useful info & tips on the area.
We were able to check in early and were very impressed with the room. Spotlessly clean, spacious and the best shower I've used in a hotel! No outside noise at all & dark curtains meant a good sleep every night.
