  The hotel had very stylish decor and this went down very well with our daughters. The rooms were clean,comfortable and well appointed. We are a couple with an 11 year old daughter and a 14 year old daughter, the girls had their own room with a connecting door to our room and this provided privacy and security.   Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have commented it is a bit noisy. But then you are based at the square which is full of life in the weekends. It didn't disturb me, but I imagine it might be a but noisier in the high season. Good value for money. Nice little streets - This place is located at Alameda de Hercules which is one of the most post popular places in Sevilla. If you like walking you can easily start your city tour from this place. You can easily reach to the river side and continue to your walk throughout the river. Or you may go from the inside of the city and see the city life. I was in Seville for four days and three nights and didn´t use a taxi or bus at any time, it was possible to walk everywhere, even from the railway station to the hostal. We covered all of the old town and surround.   All members of staff were always polite and friendly. Our room was spacious enough for a four day stay and was always clean tidy on our return from sightseeing. Bearing in mind the location so close to the centre of the city it was quiet at night.The breakfast was very good indeed. - Hotel was not too central but a nice walk past some off the beat... hva folk sier » en path churches. The breakfast was worth the extra charge without a doubt, best hotel breakfast I think I've ever had, kept us fueled all day while site seeing. The hotel was decorated very well.
