The staff spoke perfect english and they were super accomodating. they lent us an umbrella to go out, kept our luggage in storage because we showed up early and even got us a room earlier than we were supposed too. room service food was very good. It's very close to the beach and the city centre is only 10 min away with metro. Closest metro station is 10 min walk from the hotel. The area is very pleasant and quite. Hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful. Everything was really excellent. Highly recommend.

  The hotel was very centrally located within a few minutes walking distance of busy las ramblas & close to many restaurants & a supermarket. The apartment room was large & spacious to accommodate my family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The bathroom was very spacious as well & the kitchenette was well equipped. Hotel reception staff were exceptional eg Aritz, Manuel & Zavi - Lovely location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, but in a small side street so it is nice and quiet. The rooms are lovely with the exposed wall and slate tiled bathrooms. Staff were really helpful and recommended places to eat and go see, and generally very friendly and attentive. Fantastic location near all the bars and restaurants, and about 5-7 min walk to the food market, and tube (metro) station. We didn't use the swimming pool as we went in March (still too cold) but it did look tiny.
