A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. -

Breakfast (served until 11.30am) was an enormously varied buffet, with cold meats and cheese, cereals, yoghurt, fruits, hot bacon, sausages, tomatoes, eggs and mushrooms. Very quiet and comfy room, only 2 minutes from the Metro station "Barceloneta" and also from the south entrance to the Barrio Gotico.
Great breakfast and very attentive reception staff!

The location was superb for our holiday purposes. Placa Reial was a great buzzy place to be, but yet the double glazing ensured a good night's sleep in our rooms which overlooked it.
