A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. -
Modern facilities, great views, vip lounge for snacks and drinks.

The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no
small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am
and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our
passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at
5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We
were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another
signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous

Rooms were stylish and well set out and in a building with beautiful architectural features. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent within walking distance of hop on hop off bus stop and close to restaurants, massage place and shops. Also within easy walking to La Rambla. Concierge staff were particularly good and helpful and booked a few outings for us. The hotel however could have a stand to show what they offer in this respect to make more profit.

Mottakelsen og servicen i resepsjonen var veldig bra. Hotellets beliggenhet var bra, med gangavstand til sentrum/resturanter etc. - Staff were excellant and could not be more accomodating. PCs for guests, free internet, nice library where you could connect your own PC, mini-bar (soft drinks) included in the price of the room. Very stylish hotel, with lots of candles to counter-balance the cool image. Fantastic roof-top pool (even better if heated, we could not use it in February...)!
