  The mananger and the cleaning lady were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with establishing our internet connection and the manager was very helpful fixing the problem for us. The location was excellent and value for money. - It was a sureprisely good accommodation for these money.   The hotel was in an excellent location on the Plaza Mayor. Very close to the monuments, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the bus station - very manageable. I had a room that faced the street with a nice balcony - a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday night but that is to be expected. The staff was extremely nice ... hva folk sier » and made sure I was comfortable with my room. As I was traveling alone I felt very comfortable and safe. The decor was traditional and nice. Would - This hotel is a gem (as long as you don't mind carrying your luggage upstairs). Beautifully decorated and furnished room, walls throughout the hotel covered with original paintings and tapestries, countless articles of historical interest displayed. It's more like a museum than a hotel. One minute's walk from the historic centre and 5 minutes walk from the car park.

  Well situated next to the historical centre and on the way to the station. The room was cozy and quite clean. The staff was very nice and helpfull. - The hostel was clean. The Internet was working nicely. Staff were friendly The hostel was quiet at nights. Easy yo sleep.
