Brilliant location - right in front of the train station, direct to Barajas, at the same time close to all sightseeing, easy walkable distance and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist places. Our room was overlooking the Royal Palace. Beds are comfortable enough, very nice décor in the room, big bathroom. Fantastic value for money -

From the moment you approach this hotel you feel welcome. The staff are true professionals who are happy to go the extra mile. The rooms are small but perfectly formed with wonderful design touches and very efficient a/c and water pressure. room was on 2nd floor but were told on checking in that they would move
us to a higher floor the next day if we found the room noisy. We were

saucepan to boil water. Also a fully stocked fridge with very reasonable
prices. -
The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the room was very quiet. We loved the kitchenette which was ideal if we chose to cook & eat in. The location on Gran Via was excellent i.e. close to shops, tourist attractions and Metro which was easy to & from airport. I enjoyed every day in this hotel & would use this hotel on another visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.

The room was very nice, clean and decorated with a lot of love.
It was in the city center and all sights are in walking distance.
