  The three of us – my parents and I- stayed at in a two-bedroom apartment on Casp street for four nights from Nov 3-8 and our overall experience was positive. The location was perfect – we could walk to all the key tourist attractions around El Born, to the city park, to Las Ramblas and to Passeig de Gracia. If you enjoy running like I do, it’s lovely to run from the apartment to the seaside of Port Olympi - Location was fantastic and we were parents traveling with adult children. Very spacious with a lovely decor and ambience. Well appointed with full kitchen and laundry facilities plus en suites for both bedrooms. After a full day out it was lovely to come back to such comfort and spend the evening in. Greet and meet service plus a bonus was being able to arrange a late checkout and transport to the airport. A must in Barcelona

  Great place. This is old building with very high ceiling and a lot of air, with beautiful old (18th century original or looking original) style decor on walls and ceiling. The porch has two big stairs and elevator is typical for this old buildings - with manual doors and small metal cage. Old huge doors on entry to the hall and the window is basic... hva folk sier » ally two huge doors as well with embedded windows. Looks very cool. Our room has great balcony with street view. As for the room it was clean, bed was - It's rather a budget one, but the location is very good, very close not only to Plaza Catalunya but also to Parc de la Cuitadella. A very interesting atmosphere of an old house, with once rather luxurious wooden decorations, now a little bit aging, but still alluring. The rooms are small but clean. A word of advice: go for a "superior room" with the balcony. It's an essential feature for a beautiful late night session after you have enjoyed full day in the city.

  I booked this property for my parents, and they was so happy with the property, i see it myself and it was very nice, very clean - fresh towels - and the staff were very nice - called to the staff when we arrived to the property and they did not take long at all to get there to let us in - they was very helpful explaining to my parents the area an... hva folk sier » d what they can do and where places are etc. Would definately recommend them - Jose is wonderful host, save us money by giving many usefull informations, and fulfill some our wishes; he is very reliable. There is many good and cheap markets, restaurants, taco bars, shops and other in the neighborhood, and it is close to city center and many other Barcelona sights. Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
