  The location was the best I ever had in Bcn. At least half of points of interest is reachable by feet. Just 200 m or less to the station of A1 and A2 buses to airport. Hostel staffs were helpful, warm and welcoming. When we arrived at the hostel Ms.Path explained in details where to go, what to see and what to eat. We followed her recommendations and our Barcelona vacation was a memorable experience that we would cherish this life time. The premise and the room were kept spick and span condition.   The room was small (perfect for a young couple) but everything seemed new and very clean. We had a small balcony off our room which was lovely and let lots of sunlight in. I was impressed by the quality for how much we paid. Great location for tourist attractions and just for wandering.   We stayed in the huge attic apartment on the 7th floor of a fantastic old building. The location is central for sightseeing, shopping and eating.   This boutique lived up to all my expectations from reading the reviews. It's within walking distance from Catalunya square (where a bus runs from the airport every 10-20 minutes for only about 6 euro a person) and the staff are beyond excellent. The staff went out of their way to help us find information on connecting with our cruise. - The hotel appears to be residential apartments that have just been renovated to a very high grade 'Art Deco' standard. No parking or lift but worth the effort. Great value for money but shame it rained! - Location of the hotel is excellent. Close to a metro station and in the middle of Las Ramblas and El Borne. But some of the stuff like towels and sheets are really too old.

  extremely friendly and very central to everything. A 5 minute walk to Las Ramblas. Lauren and staff at Somnio were the most helpful hotel staff I´ve ever encountered. They loaned us a guide book and answered our many questions. The room/bathrooms were spotless. we arrived before check in time, and they allowed us to use the bathrooms for shower... hva folk sier » s etc, and leave our luggage. highly recommend. - First, the hostel is not so far from the public transportation, i.e., the metro station. Second, since it seems to be renovated recently, the facilities are quite new. Moreover, my room is comfortable and quiet in the night. The shared bathroom is also clean. Finally, the staff are friendly, and the most attractive feature for me is the free wireless internet access.

  Terrific location for first visit to Barcelona - walked everywhere. Excellent building with elevator. Kitchen open all day for easy access to refrig, coffee, etc. - I loved the fact that the breakfast was laid out in a kitchen that was open to all guests all day. It made it feel as though you were staying in a home.

  Clean rooms good shower and airco,but I missed the fridge. 50 mtrs from the Metro - A good deal for the budget minded. Great location. Helpful staff. Clean room - smallish and bare but not too bad. Shiny new and clean bathroom. Breakfast (basic) is now included.
