  Rooms are built within an appartement building giving you the feeling of having your own city loft. We had room 4 with a spacious patio overlooking the university building. Beautiful combination of old tile floors with authentic design. It is a hostel but the beds are really comfortable, have luxurious sheets and everything is brand new, clean and... hva folk sier » well finished. The hostel is very centrally located at the placa de la universidad and placa de Catalunya is at walking distance. The area surroundin - Very warm welcome from Carlos which continued throughout our stay-couldnt have been more helpful. Room was a small Eco only but perfect for our two night stay as not needing a room to spend time in other than as a base. Wonderful bed and best sleep I've had for ages in hotel room (travel a lot with work). Great large shower- rain effect and seperate hand held. Lovely touch of free tea and coffee available for guests and a light breakfast provided (not mentioned when booking). Fab location- two

  We had a wonderful stay at the Cien Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone who comes to Barcelona. The location was great... Just two blocks away from the boutiques and nightlife of Passeig de Gracia - wow! From the Airbus stop in Plaza Catalunya we had to walk only 5-7 min. Very convenient indeed. The location was just perfect, across the street from Park de Ciudadella (for the kids was a must, as they could run on the grass and burn energy:)).The Zoo is located inside this park!
