  Staff very friendly, perfect for the nou camp! - The staff were really helpful and polite. English is my first language and it was reassuring to have staff that could communicate easily. Also, they were good not to laugh at my weak Spanish! The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without.   Lovely hotel, good location, 20 mins from the centre, so close by butquiet. Facilities (pools/gardens/spa/rooms) were excellent, stafffriendly and helpful. Making it a really pleasant stay. It was mybirthday, and the Management organised a free bottle of cava and somestrawberries - nice touch.
