  I booked a double room for 40 euros; I think this rate is impossible to beat, in any kind of hotel in Barcelona (and even hostels). Best choice, a real four stars hotel with an unbeatable price. Ok, it’s not located in central Barcelona but with the subway you put yourself in the Ramblas in 15 min.   Great place to have a quite retreat from the city. David spoke good English and was very helpful. The house is in a super location to find and to depart from if driving and a short walk to catch the metro into the heart of city or to the harbor. The room was nice clean and the beds great. It was very nice to have a little back yard to relax - Best appartment ever!!! The room is really spacious, the view from the balcony was nice.It feels really good when you sip the Sangria sitting on the balcony and the enjoy the sunshine from Barcelona!!! The owner David was so helpful, he prepared the map for us and gave lots of useful advice.The location was not that city center but very safe and close to the metro, it's about 10 mins walk which is nothing to me , cuz you can enjoy the view and everything. Highly recommend to ya'll~~~

  A wonderfully warm welcome from accommodating hosts in a modern and cosy apartment. We were 30 minutes late due to getting totally lost in the roads around the apartment, but our host was still waiting patiently for us. Tip: print out the map that is on the website of the B&B, it really helped. The road starts and stops in different places. T... hva folk sier » here are no shops, bars or restaurants in the area, it’s about 20 minutes’ walk to the nearest shopping street, and not much choice there. So be prepa - Staff is supportive and friendly. Hotel is located on hill, thus 10-15 min you will have to incline, although this is rewarded with fantastic view on Barcelona. All main points of interest for tourists are located on nearby metro line, it take no more than 30 min to reach them. Good breakfasts with fresh crossaint, baguette, cheese and meat. There is also cereal, juice and coffee. In general very pleasant family type little hotel. Our next stay will be definetely in Anita's.

  The Gentleman who received us (Family of 6 ) although he wasn't on duty for the remainder of our stay, he was extremely helpful, pleasant and understood and spoke english very well. The others were pleasant. The location was very close to Parc Guell. The kids liked the pool. - Small and very welcoming.

  The apartments are not central but conveniently located close to two metro stations, which is on the same line as many of the tourist attractions. The furnishings are basic but everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are plenty of shops close by to buy basic food requirements but not really any decent places to eat. Was the same price as the cheapest hotels but receive much more than a normal hotel room with two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom. It isnt in the centre of town but it is very close to the main line on the metro which is a 10 min ride away from the centre of town. Overall more than what you need if you plan to be out all day

The hosts were very friendly, we got to use the washing machine, and they also lent us their baby stroller which was a great help with our 4-year-old.
