  Carmela was so lovely and friendly straight away. The most warming hotel owner I have came across (giving me a great big cuddle) and she catered to all my needs, printing off boarding tickets, storing my luggage etc. She even packed me a breakfast to take to the airport.   The people who ran it were so nice-- We had just finished the Camino, and were exhausted. They hustled us up to our room to rest right away, and let us deal with the checking in later in the afternoon. They also loaned us a hair dryer for the duration of our stay, and helped us get a cab when we left. Perfect location, great price.   The fantastic staff is clearly the biggest asset to this hotel. They were warm and attentive and made us feel welcome. Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Gentleman at the front desk speaks fluent English but the other 2 ladies only limited En... hva folk sier » glish. - The Hostel was easy to find and in a great location close to all the restuarants and bars, and a short walk to the Cathedral.The room, though small, was very clean and new and had everything needed. Strong wifi....a/c, comfortable bed and great shower. I would definitely stay there again.
