  After walking 152km on the Camino Del Santiago seeing the Seminario is a joy. You get off your feet and enjoy the shelter. Warm showers, clean dunnies. Near supermarkets, scenic in its own right. - It is perfect alberge for the pilgrims. It was peaceful, clean and it has a little shop.

  Carmela was so lovely and friendly straight away. The most warming hotel owner I have came across (giving me a great big cuddle) and she catered to all my needs, printing off boarding tickets, storing my luggage etc. She even packed me a breakfast to take to the airport. Incredibly beautiful person and highly recommend!! The place itself was basic... hva folk sier » and comfortable, good price. - Extremely helpful staff (Carmela) who gave us enormously valuable information about Santiago and also its whereabouts (we continued to Cabo Fisterra, and she gave hints and tips about places to visit on the way). The room was large and very comfortable, and the location was excellent, just within a walking distance from the old town. Also a parking garage is available.

  We especially liked the fact that the hotel is located in a very interesting shopping center, which is furthermore very close to the old center of Santiago and the bus station. The hotel is actually a part of the huge shopping center complex, which also includes apartments which look into the mall itself. - Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. It was quite convenient to the centre of Santiago for walking and the complex in which it was located was clean, lively without being noisey and pleasant. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

  The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, obliging, thoughtful, and looked after us very well. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I'm very impressed. The rooms in the new wing on the second floor were excellent, facilities perfect, bathroom good, beds comfortable and blackout curtains worked well. The hotel was very close to all the main attractions in Santiago, bars nearby, something for everyone. The room was romantic and we felt we were very spoiled!

  The girl who received us was really helpful and nice. The location is really close to the center and the apartment it is cosy and in good conditions. Good place to stay a week. - The location and the friendly staff. There was a full-equipped kitchen with all things you needed. The shower was very good.

  It is a family owned hotel and not the big chains. It might not have the amenities the big chain give you but the warmth and personal care given by the family is something to cherish. - We had excellent service from the hosts; they went out of their way to help us. Good location.

(summer 2013) The staff (Eduardo, Beatrice, Ivan, Alberto) at this hotel really made our stay in the city memorable and comfortable. We found the service exceptional, especially at the end of a long, busy tourist season. We most appreciated the hot drin - The room was perfect in convenience and decor. The staff was extremely caring, hospitalble and helpful. Everything possible to make our stay more pleasant was provided from calling taxis to providing breakfast when we had an early departure. The receptionist wrote out, in Spanish, the symptoms when we had to visit urgent care. We extended our stay two nights because we enjoyed the ambiance and staff so much I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.
