  Personnel totally dedicated to guests. The men meet with us exactly on agreed time (we were not waiting for entrance what had happen in other places). Men was eager to help us to exp... hva folk sier » lain many things related to visit in Barcelona (like the best way to reach particular attraction, where to leave the luggage on last day, what cities - I like staying in a real neighbourhood where real people live, and that exactly what we got. I also like having room for us and our children. In fact this was the first time ever that the two of them have had their own rooms. We also all really liked the proprietors, Rosa and Fernando. At the end of our stay the kids asked if we would get to see them again, and if we could meet their kids! Sadly that wasn't in the cards (we had an early morning flight). We will definitely book with them again.

  We loved our room, which was modern, spacious & stylishly appointed. Everything that we could want was there. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We ate in the Tapas bar on one night of our stay & had a very good meal. We did not think it was overpriced. Unfortunately, the Michelein star restaurant at the hotel was booked out s... hva folk sier » o we were not able to dine there on our second evening. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel & are looking forward to returning - Rooms were stylish and well set out and in a building with beautiful architectural features. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent within walking distance of hop on hop off bus stop and close to restaurants, massage place and shops. Also within easy walking to La Rambla. Concierge staff were particularly good and helpful and booked a few outings for us. The hotel however could have a stand to show what they offer in this respect to make more profit.
