I booked a double room for 40 euros; I think this rate is impossible to beat, in any kind of hotel in Barcelona (and even hostels). Ok, it’s not located in central Barcelona but with the subway you put yourself in the Ramblas in 15 min. (station just behind the hotel).

The apartment was really clean, we had a one bedroom for me and my husband and our two little ones. The sofa bed was comfortable and the apartment was a good size. There was also a dishwasher and a washing machine which was handy. There was also a local Condis convenience store few doors down which helped and the local El Carmel me to station was 10 minutes walk down the road

We (family of 4) stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and rooms are big which
made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is nearer to transport links
and there are lot of shops around. It only takes 5-10 mins to reach city
centre by train and taxi costs only 10 euros from city centre. The staff
are also friendly especially Pamblo and Tony. Rooms are cleaned daily
and would love to stay again.
