  We had a wonderful time at the Apartmentos Plaza de la Luz! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Our apartment was terrific, very clean and modern with plenty of space for the four of us. The apartment is very well located in the old city, within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. It's only 5 minutes walk to Playa La Calet... hva folk sier » a but we ended up walking the 20 minutes to Playa Victoria which was bigger. The walk is stunning along the coast path and is definitely worth it. Whe - Spotless room and bathroom, great location. The rooms have everything you need, our double room was a bit small, but that did not bother us at all. We chose this hotel for the private parking which was great! We felt a lot more secure parking our rental car here and were not bothered paying 15,- for it.

  This hostel was really nice, rooms were big enough with an individual wardrobe for everyone. It has a nice roof terrace as well. I particularly liked the staff who were very friendly and organised things for people to get together. Very good experience! - The young woman on reception was so very helpful when we discovered the 'Booking agency' had... hva folk sier » over booked the hostel. Two of us had to go to another hostel. The Summer Hostel dealt with the situation extremely well.

  Charming little place in the old part of Cadiz close to lots of tapas bars restaurants and street cafe's mercifully far enough away from the tourist area to wander without coming upon the usual mercantile glitz. We were there for two nights its a very friendly place a lovely old family home converted into a small number of apartments. Enrico was ... hva folk sier » suffering from a dislocated shoulder but went out of his way to be helpful pointing out where the best tapas bars are, what to see and where to walk. - Excellent location virtually in the centre of the old city. Have a very good gps when driving in these streets. Our host Guilleruoaiul was waiting in the street when we arrived ready to help with luggage etc. Luckily he drove our car to the carpark. Pleasantly surprised by the large self-contained suite and we were given a map of the old town with a walking route and must see places marked - even time of sunset and the best viewing spot.   I've been staying at de Cadiz Cadi with my brother for two days end of October. A very nice local couple is running the backpacker, and they are always helping with any kind of questions. The hostel was fully renovated by themself with a lot of love (they just opened in summer 2013!) and used to be a bordello before.
