  This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at a hotel in the Vincci group and I have found the hotels very comfortable both times. comfortable rooms, with good facilities.this time I was staying in an ajoining room, which did mean that I had to put up with a little bit of noise from teh next door guest, (guests were not overally noisy, but you could h... hva folk sier » ear them showering and generally moving about) - The hotel is on a nice location among 3 metro stops,very close to placa Espanya,in a quite enough area.The staff is very polite and they speak english well.The rooms were perfect,although not very spacious,but impressive with very nice decoration.The bathroom was excellent.

  Ale ved dette hotellet var perfekt. Utmerket service og hyggelig personell. Renholdet var prikkfritt og man fikk flotte konfekter hver dag på hjørnet av sengen. Det var ubeskrivelig flott og jeg finner ikke en ting å klage på. Vi kommer tilbake. - fint hotellrom, bra utsikt.

  Vi likte rommene og alle syntes frokosten var fantastisk flott - Staff at reception were always positive, happy and helpful. All could speak English. Directions to points of interest in the city were easy to understand. Housekeepers always greeted me. - Hotel is like communication hub and well connected to visiting places.

  Close to railwaystastion - The hotel was well situated, 15 min from El prat airport and 15 min from the centre of Barcelona. The hotel staff were very friendly, providing informations needed for going around in Barcelona. The room was cleaned everyday! Breakfast was superb and included from full english breakfast to a full on continental! Excellent... hva folk sier » stay, many thanks to the hotel and the staff!!! - The breakfast was outstanding, everything was there. The service is very polite and always there when you need it. We had checked out and we had left behind our camera's memory card in the room. We thought that we had lost all our trip's memories but after a phone call and an excellent service we were able to get hold of it again. Thanks for that.

  One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in on a city break in another country. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for our entire stay. Our family room consisted of two double rooms with interconnecting doors and most impressive bathrooms and both very clean. The minibar was stocked with bottles of complimentary water. Would definitely stay again despite distance from city and also recommend to friends,etc. - -the personal was more than friendly and helpful. They even let our friends(not staying at the hotel) to use their luggage room -the design of everything in the hotel was wonderful -there is a steambath,free of charge -there where all kinds of staff for one time use in the bathroom (even tooth paste and brush,shaver and shaving cream)
