A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. -

Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. -

This aparthotel was superb. Extremely helpful and very polite staff. Nice big balconies. Excellent breakfasts. Ideal location for sightseeing. You always feel if people do something with love and desire to please their guests I can say that about Apartments Hispanos Siete Suiza. Everything was done with fine taste. The location is pretty good too – it’s just five minutes to the tube station as well as to Sagrada Familia.

Breakfast (served until 11.30am) was an enormously varied buffet, with cold meats and cheese, cereals, yoghurt, fruits, hot bacon, sausages, tomatoes, eggs and mushrooms. We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. Det jeg likte med hotellet at det var nære de fleste attraksjoner. La Rambla, stranden, shopping osv. Personallet var veldig hjelpsomme og ga god service.
