  The hotel was very comtempary! Loved it! Location was a little far away from anywhere but excellent metro service. Staff were brilliant with us, when we arrived there was a problem with one of the floors "technical problems" but they sent us to the Hilton Hotel instead - no extra cost! The last night was at the Silken Hotel and they gave us a up... hva folk sier » graded room for the problems. Can't fault them! - Location to the Metro was nice and easy to find with a landmark (egg building) right next it. Room was very spacious, room for luggage too! The front desk folks were extremely nice and spoke many languages. All in all, we would definitely stay there again.

  Great location around the corner from metro. Our room was not reay at 14.00, so they upgraded us to a fantastic suite. Friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast.   Personnel totally dedicated to guests. The men meet with us exactly on agreed time (we were not waiting for entrance what had happen in other places). Apartment was really clean, the towels was really good, and bed was made with care. Well-equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioner available and works properly. I also like having room for us and our children. In fact this was the first time ever that the two of them have had their own rooms. We also all really liked the proprietors, Rosa and Fernando. At the end of our stay the kids asked if we would get to see them again, and if we could meet their kids! Sadly that wasn't in the cards (we had an early morning flight). We will definitely book with them again.
