  This hostal is a converted apartment covering the first floor of the building.It has managed to retain many of the original features and character. The rooms at the front have balconies looking out onto the Ramblas Cataluyna. It is within walking distance of La Rambla and very close to the metro and buses to all the other attractions. The manager was very welcoming and helpful. - The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot.It is next to The Passeig De Gracia and very close to Las Ramblas.Extremely friendly staff that helped us orginize our trip.Our room (Nr 8) was spacious,clean,comfortable and very quiet.There are many options around the hostal for eating,shopping and many more.There was hot water and very strong wifi signal all the time.It was generally very well organized with door codes and everything needed provided before we had even arrived!

  The location was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and spacious. - Even though I was warned of possible rennovation disturbance I heard/saw nothing! But then again you don't really expect to when you're only using the hotel as a place to rest your head after spending all day exploring the city. Room was very comfortable and we liked the fact that there were kitchen facilities for preparing hot drinks and a light breakfast. Als - We liked the huge windows on our room and the fact we could open a door and walk out on a big balcony. Definitely a plus for anyone who likes a light, bright, airy, large room. Also liked the swivel flat screen tv and large refrigerator. For someone who wants a view, a great kitchen set up with everything you need to prepare your own meals, and a very short stroll to the Sants train station to access downtown - it's great for a one or two night stay, and a good value.
