When I informed her that my shorts that had the extra set of keys was stolen at the beach, she was very understanding and told me that there would be no extra charge. Perfect. The hostal itself is new and the messages on - Pillow Ramblas is very conveniently located right on La Ramblas. Minutes walk to everything you need. The staff were absolutely delightful - particularly Eva and Gina - always smiling, always helpful. Rooms were newly renovated, very clean, bright, spacious. Breakfast was also very nice with a beautiful spread of pastries, sweets, hams, cheeses and a nespresso machine. Highly recommended, would stay there again without question.

  The room size was just fine. We had double bad, desk + some drawers. Room has been cleaned everyday, was really clean, same as bathroom. In room we had a tv, little fridge and hair dryier. Stuff were really friendly. Hotel is pretty small has got 7 rooms, and there is one nice common area for all of guests. Nice suprise first day we had a welcome ... hva folk sier » breakfest. Location is good as well, not in so touristic area (that is how you can feel local atmosphere) but not so far from all atractions - 35 min - We booked for 2 nights but stayed for 5 nights! After flight delays from Venice we arrived 6 hours late, but manager stayed around to let us in. We chose a smaller room with a shared bathroom/toilet, but we still had a private hand basin in our room. Not many rooms occupied which meant we pretty much had the place to ourselves (mid-December). Our room was cleaned spotlesslessly every day. Our extra days seemed to include a free breakfast because we paid the lady in person. If we had booked onli
