Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean, tidy and bed comfy. Great location, short walk to magic fountain area and Espanya shopping centre and metro station. Hotel doesn't provide breakfast, but advised us of a great cafe/bakery for breakfast called Audreys just a short walk away. -

This is a family-owned place that is very well maintained and has a congenial staff and atmosphere. It's very nice appartment, almost in the center of the city, 10 minutes walking from Plaza de Espana and 15 minutes - from Plaza de Catalunya. Location is great.
And Paulo, the host, was very nice and helpful.
Room was quite comfortable and clean.
But there are 5 rooms and you have to keep quiet to not disturb your neighbors .
