  Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have commented it is a bit noisy. But then you are based at the square which is full of life in the weekends. It didn't disturb me, but I imagine it might be a but noisier in the high season. Good value for money. Nice little streets - This place is located at Alameda de Hercules which is one of the most post popular places in Sevilla. If you like walking you can easily start your city tour from this place. You can easily reach to the river side and continue to your walk throughout the river. Or you may go from the inside of the city and see the city life.   Infallible! We had a fantastic stay and are so glad we chose this place. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient (from helping to make an emergency dental appointment on Saturday afternoon to printing dryer instructions) nothing was too much to ask!   Everything was perfect. This was the best place, where stayed during our trip across Andalucia. Both Marina and Estefania are very kind, when talking with them it felt as if we were friends.   This was a wonderful place to stay beginning with our gracious and accommodating host Arturo. It did not feel like a business exchange but rather that you were staying with friends. All the comforts of home inside a well designed and efficiently laid out space provided a nice respite from a long journey. His hospitality made - Great apartments that are very practical. The service from the time of making booking until after the checkout has been great. A great walk-in shower is also a great comfort. The apartments also provide free bicycle hire, which for a flat city like Sevilla is excellent.

  All members of staff were always polite and friendly. Our room was spacious enough for a four day stay and was always clean tidy on our return from sightseeing.
