Infallible! We had a fantastic stay and are so glad we chose this place. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient (from helping to make an emergency dental appointment on Saturday afternoon to printing dryer instructions) nothing was too much to ask! We loved everything about the penthouse apartment ! There was not a details not covered from daily room service to international TV,Initially disappointed because their.legendary was closed for National Labor day but it opened 2hours before our departure ,and we felt so special by their speedy service to have us taste their legendary tapas,by far it was the Best And Unique& creative Tapas that we had in Spain. We were welcomed by Stephanie and Marina who were charming and warm and
instantly made us feel like family!! They even upgraded our reservation,
giving our teenage daughters their own studio apartment next door so
that we would all be comfortable free of charge! They were enormously
helpful in assisting us with travel ideas, restaurants, and all local
attractions. The apartments and the building were modern and immaculate,

Great apartments that are very practical. The service from the time of making booking until after the checkout has been great. The apartment provides real value for money and caters for all your needs. it has iron, microwave, hob for cooking, fridge, washing machine and much much more. A great walk-in shower is also a great comfort. The apartments also provide free bicycle hire, which for a flat city like Sevilla is excellent.

All members of staff were always polite and friendly. Our room was spacious enough for a four day stay and was always clean tidy on our return from sightseeing. Bearing in mind the location so close to the centre of the city it was quiet at night.The breakfast was very good indeed. - Hotel was not too central but a nice walk past some off the beat

Loved the location, the value for money and the quality of the hotel.
Loved the little touches like the coffee in the room and toothbrush and
razor, etc. Even a little Spanish fan left on our bed. Hotel staff were
really friendly and helpful. Loved the little roof terrace/bar and

Very nice and modern apartment. It was furnished with style. I loved the bathroom and the lighting as well.
Location is good too, just 10-15 minutes from the historical center.
The staff was very helpful and waited for us until 23:00 as we were coming from Portugal and had some problems finding the place.

I was so sad to come back home after this trip to Seville and the hotel
was definitely one of the reasons.
The hotel is set in an old mansion in traditional Seville style but it was very recently renovated. It is stylish and spacious (largest single room I've ever had) and everything was impeccably clean. They have a small pool and lounge area on the roof which affords a nice view and a great place to cool off after a busy afternoon.
