Absolutely perfect location in between the beach, harbour and el Born, and a 10 minute walk to la Rambla. Very clean hotel, great beds, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, friendly and very helpful 24/7 reception. It's perfect for a city trip due to its location as you can easily go home, drop off ur stuff and head out again. Also awesome for going to the beach which is merely a 10minute stroll away. There are many little restaurants right near the hotel where u can get amazing breakfast. Definite

The location is perfect, just opposite to Estacion Franca, close to Rambla, the beach, etc..The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They are ready to help us. We changed room twice when we were in this pension because of the noise, and once the room was upgraded. To compensate the inconvenience, the staff provide a bottle of cava as a gift. -

Location was very good for visiting the Old Gothic neighborhood, La
Rambla, and Barcelonetta, and only a 5 minute walk to Metro stop to
access farther sights. The room was small (typical for Spain), but with
a high ceiling it didn't feel too claustrophobic. Good value with
all the basics, plus a few extra amenities, like balcony and hair dryer.
A/c worked well, which was crucial in mid-July.

I love this hotel, it's simpel and clean !
I think it's the 5th time that I stayed here, and I'm always very happy here. Not all of the personel speaks english - I think that's just also the charm, you're in Catalunya... not in England- but they are always very helpfull and friendly.
Location is great, and the price quality is very good I think. Will definitly return ! Good internet connection.

The staff were very nice and understanding. They kept my reservation even though my credit card had failed and there wasn't any chance to call my bank as I was in transit from Rome. This was the best place we stayed in our 2 week holiday in Barcelona, Paris and Rome. My family loved the place and wish we had discovered it earlier. Exceptionally clean and neat with modern decor. Loved the pictures at the reception.

The location is great and the double bed room was quite OK for the price we pay. The bathroom was comfortable. The building is quite old and a bit degraded but they arranged the hostel so that you don't get depressed. Don't expect to be at a Hilton, but if you want to save some money still being in one of the best part of the city this should be at the top side of your list.
