  We stayed at the apartment located in the Mercat del Born area, the nicest neighborhood in the centre of Barcelona. Filled with bars, restaurants and graphic alleys to stroll. The street of the apartment is really quite and felt safe. Upon our arrival to the apartment a lady from Inside Barcelona staff was waiting there to welcome and show us the ... hva folk sier » facilities. She was really kind and helpful and she answered every question we had about sightseeing around the city. All the other members of the sta - We loved the position of the apartment and the relaxing space it provided for us.We found all the staff so welcoming, friendly and so helpful. The Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, Modernista Barcelona with the Gaudi masterpieces and Joan Miro art, the plazas and markets, Roman ruins, the parks, waterfront and mountains, all very accessible with the excellent metro system and fantastic tourist bus made our 5 day trip one of the most interesting holidays I have ever had. Highly recommend it for a city

  The location was fantastic. It was very close to the El Born district & the Picasso Museum. There were plenty of little unique shops & restaurants in the area. Yet the location was very quiet & calm since the hotel faces the Citadel Park. The interior is very modern, clean and well-maintained. My room was small but it had very lovely t... hva folk sier » ouches such as the sink (Villeroy & Boch sink, granite counters, a stone shower with temperature controls, flat-screen TV) as well as a kettle for - Breakfast (served until 11.30am) was an enormously varied buffet, with cold meats and cheese, cereals, yoghurt, fruits, hot bacon, sausages, tomatoes, eggs and mushrooms. Lots of different breads, juices, teas and coffees. Great value and just what you need before a days sightseeing. Our room was small but well planned, clean and comfortable. The safe had a plug socket inside it so that you could recharge ipad etc whilst it was in the safe. the shower was huge and clean. If we got the same

  We only had one night in this hotel and then moved to a 5 star in the Port Olympic area. The location of the Colonial hotel was fantastic. Across the street is a fantastic local area full of interesting resteraunts and bars. It is s short walk from the Colonial hotel to the cathederal,the Ramblas, barcelonata etc. We would highly recommend the hot... hva folk sier » el and will definitely stay at this hotel when we are back in Barcelona again. Although we moved to the Port Olympic area we returned to the area oppo - Great hotel in a great location. I had to book this hotel at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, and I was over the moon with my choice. Very relaxing atmosphere and for the price I got it, you can not go wrong!!!!

  The friendly and helpful staff and the spacious room - Nice personnel, clean, wireless internet in the room, calm, close to metro. However quite poor selection for breakfast, which cost 12 Euros per person.

Modern boutique decor hotel with great location to all attrctions. Room was luxurious and clean- a real haven to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. Roof top terrace is lovely with drinks available. - Central place to stay! Very stylish hotel, with lots of candles to counter-balance the cool image. Fantastic roof-top pool (even better if heated, we could not use it in February...)!

  Utmerket beliggenhet nært restauranter, butikker og den gamle katedralen. Veldig god service. Vi overnattet i 2 etapper og fikk sette igjen bagasje. Den sto på rommet da vi kom tilbake etter et besøk i Santiago de C. Vi fikk fantastisk hjelp da en lommebok ble mistet.   Pensio 2000 was a real find. Help yourself tea/coffee/cakes and water, all gratis. Even had lovely white dressing gowns provided. An international crossroad location with great mix of people too! No parking or lift but worth the effort. Great value for money but shame it rained! - Location of the hotel is excellent. Close to a metro station and in the middle of Las Ramblas and El Borne. In winter, el borne is a better place to be close rather than since la rambla. The staff has made really nice improvements and facilities in the hotel, that's nice. But some of the stuff like towels and sheets are really too old.

  - sentral beliggenhet, basseng, service - Et moderne innbydende hotell som jeg gjerne drar tilbake til. Stilrent og trivelig rom. Deilig lett dyne i motsetning til kun laken som man vanligvis får. Svært god lydisolasjon. Ingen støy fra gaten. Eneste ulempe var at solsengene ved bassenget var få og ofte opptatt.
