Mottakelsen og servicen i resepsjonen var veldig bra. Hotellets beliggenhet var bra, med gangavstand til sentrum/resturanter etc. - Staff were excellant and could not be more accomodating. Rooms were stylish and well set out and in a building with beautiful architectural features. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent within walking distance of hop on hop off bus stop and close to restaurants, massage place and shops. Also within easy walking to La Rambla. Concierge staff were particularly good and helpful and booked a few outings for us. The hotel however could have a stand to show what they offer in this respect to make more profit.

There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived.
