Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, good location. The room was very inviting and comfortable. Bright, warm with awesome windows. Shuttered doors leading onto enclosed sun room. All the windows in the sun room opened. My only regret is that I didn't have enough time to lounge in the room more. -

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the old market, Plaza de Abastos and to the historic centre of Santiago. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The building and decor were very attractive. The food in the restaurant was of a very good quality and the "menu del dia" in particular was very good value for money. - Everyt

The room is nicely designed, with beautiful double-panelled windows, interesting royal sun design on ceiling, carbed stone wall in bathroom. Bird on ledge next to bathroom was a great touch! Bathroom has a warm, aesthetic feel. Overlooks main entry way for pilgrims on Camino de Santiago. Decent breakfast offered. Friendly staff--speak Spanish and French, some English.

Delightful converted monastery. While the rooms were basic the building and its gardens were fabulous - we had our picnic lunch in the cloister gardens. Extremely quiet and a quiet location on the university's old campus. Good continental breakfast. Lots of free parking. Great location, just a short walk to the historic centre. -
