  we stayed for 1 night only at the hesperia peregrino in santiago before moving on to a coruna . we could not have chosen a nicer hotel. the staff were very helpful and most friendly. we did not book breakfast but had coffee and toast around the pool area the price was good and the surroundings were beautiful we were sorry we had booked only one ... hva folk sier » night at this hotel . we shall return - Excellent location (close to the city centre but far enough to be veryquiet); Clean and confortable room; Fantastic buffet breakfast for asmall additional cost

  The hotel was fabulous! The room was beautiful, decorated with original art. They had wonderful pillows which allowed for a truly comfortable night's sleep. The hotel was a bit more expensive than we would have liked but the special offer of "breakfast included" made it worthwhile. - Most of the staff were very helpful. Dinner buffet was excellent, a terrific value, especially after 32 days hiking on el camino de santiago encountering almost universally awful and overpriced food.
