  I have stayed at thisw hotel numerous times over the past 15 years. I like the fact it is an apartment with a small kitchen, a spacious living room, adequate bedroom and a bath. While it is simple and some may say sparse in decor, it is fairly priced, the staff is great, the location is convenient and away from the noisy and overly crowded downt... hva folk sier » own center. - We liked the fact that we felt independent - that we could do our own thing and not be restricted by meal times etc. The Plaza Basilica was booked to allow us to get to the Bernabeu and in to the city centre and in this respect it proved an admirable choice. We would undoubtedly choose it again for a similsr trip.

  The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy.   It was a good, clean appartment with good facilities. The air conditioning was very good and it was very close to local amenities and the metro. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially helping me to find places I wanted to visit in the city on the map they provided. - Excellent staff !   The flat is just perfect. Clean, elegant, perfectly well equipped, everything in order, all imaginable comfort is there (a working wifi included). The area is central, just beside the British Council, and a few steps from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, with many restaurants, shops, supermarkets. It's fabulous, we hav - Excellent place. I had a fantastic small studio flat, the location was very central. The house and the flat were very stylish, clean, peaceful and secure. There was everything in the flat: wonderful kitchenette with all necessary utensils, washing machine, TV etc. The bathroom was also wonderful. Free WiFi worked well all the time. The check-in and check-out was very easy. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. I warmly recommend!
