  beautiful and comfortable hotel, very good buffet breakfast, good location, easy to find with car. We only stayed one night but we really liked this hotel. - Perfect location on cathedral square, walking distance to everything. Lovely building, ample room and bath, good restaurant, helpful staff.

  staff didn't speak much english but were very welcoming and hospitable eg the gentleman at reception when i checked in took great care to make sure the wifi worked for me! and recommended a great breakfast place around the corner when i bumped into him in the morning as i was walking around. the hotel is recently renovated and was clean and neat.... hva folk sier » local art work was particularly nice touch. and had wonderful view onto the city walls and the windows (with shutters) opened, a great plus. the wat - Well-appointed rooms in a Hostal that offered a breakfast option and an on-site restaurant. The location was excellent; just outside the city walls across from the cathedral.

  Such a beautiful and welcoming hotel. Although we had a small room our three big dogs and one small one were welcome at this pet friendly place. Such a good location and pretty. Everyone helpful and underground parking opposite - a bonus in the city! Easy walking distance from everywhere. - Helpful staff. Beautiful walled city.

I frequented the adjoining tapas bar, full of locals and a great experience. Good food & wine. Although I strugle with the Spanish language, I tried and met with quite freindly service.   The best hotel I ever stayed in. Located in the heart of the historical part of the city. Feels like you are positioned in the castle. Very clean, very quite. Spacios apartments. The staff is superhelpful. I would recomend to stay in this hotel. The market with fresh fruits and vegetables (in the morning) is nearby. Pretty bars and cafes are withi... hva folk sier » n walking distance. Actually in Avila everything is in walking distance. - My room was away from the street, and, during my stay was really quiet. I slept well. The hostal offers value for money, it is very central, and the building, an old terraced mansion block, had some character to it. The hotel manager was helpful and friendly, and gave me a great little map & tourist guide of Avila which got me started. The room had a radiator, and overnight the building was quite warm enough.
