  The Staff was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The hotel is 2 blocks from the Plaza de Toros and the Ventas Metro station making all of Madrid easily accessible . - Although this hotel is out of Madrid's central area, it's has easy access to the Sol or Gran Via by bus and metro.   the reception staff was great and helpful,security was very good,drop ofat airport great service rooms kept clean.and free internet,and sattalite t.v. the gym was the best had everything,plus spa - Excellent,friendly and helpful staff. Overall a fantastic hotel and will return without question.

  Interesting design ! - Outstanding combination of design styles, service, comfort and facilities at a decent price. Extremely pleasant SPA, swimming pool, hammam and gym. Also nice location not far from the center of Madrid and the Airport. Breakfast, bar and restaurant are among the best in Madrid for a reasonnable price. The rooms are spectacular and the staff are all fantastic. We had 7 star service from everyone and a wondeful stay from the minute we arrived. I have alreay recommended it to freinds and business colleagues.
