Fantastic building in great location and staff couldn't do enough to help. In the time it took me to settle in to room the owner had drawn a map with everything to see including bars and restaurants for the evening. Great place to stay right in the historic centre and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. -

Arrival on motorcycles was interesting with no close parking. However we were directed to a secure garage which was not too far to walk to (15-20 minutes). The Hotel is in a great location near restaurants, shops and historical sites. Everything you need is close by. The staff were warm and lovely and the rooms were comfortable. The WiFi didn't work in our room though so we had to sit in the main lounge when using the internet.

Rooms is what you expect from a clean nice hostel. -
The staff was really excellent in helping us settle in, find the parking and navigate around the main tourist sights. One of the most helpful people we have met. The rooms was very well furnished and had so much character we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it! Our own balcony looking out to the church! The location is excellent and I would certainly recommend staying here to friends.

James, the receptionist went out of his way to assist me find a free parking place (he stood in it and kept if for me whilst I moved my car - top marks, this wouldn't happen in a UK city!)

We were in a room for 5 people with a shared bathroom. Everything went very well. Pretty clean room. It was quite cold in the city and had heater in the room. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was spacious and very clean. Nice views over the rooftops to the skyline spires. Kitchen could be better equipped - there's a stove top but no microwave or oven for heating food. Bed are comfortable and the wifi is very good. Staff are helpful and pleasant. We had the 2 bed apartment and it was perfect for a group of friends with a very reasonable price.
I also took my Border Collie and again the staff were very helpful with finding local parks etc.

The location could not have been better; it was a few minutes' walk from the Plaza Mayor, right next to Calle Toro (one of the main shopping streets), and in the center of everything.
