  Location can not be beat. On nice Beach. Room was lean and e erything worked well. Pub downstairs was lively but never had issue with noise in room. - Located on beach front, nice bar with pool table and darts. Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable room with wifi. Very close to tram stop.

It is right on the sea front so only a 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants right underneath us to eat and drink at!   The hotel was in a great location for us as we were meeting some people from a cruise ship who had docked there. Also, it was then easy to get into the centre by public transport. We were also, near the beach area were there was plenty of bars and restaurants to finish the day off.
