Convenient location close to downtown, quiet at night, good value for
money, clean, all the basic necessary facilities.
Street is under renovation, windows overlook the building under
construction (work starts at 8 am). WiFi must be!!! Heating in winter
and air conditioning in summer should be. It is difficult to find a
parking place. You have to pay for public parking at certain hours (9-13
