A damage deposit of EUR 650 is payable upon arrival. This will be returned 7 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that the air conditioning and/or heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate. Please note that air conditioning carries an additional charge of EUR 17.14 per day, from 13 June 2015 to 26 September 2015. Please note that heating carries an additional charge of EUR 28.57 per day, until 2 May 2015, and from 31 October 2015 to 1 May 2016. An obligatory final cleaning service costing EUR 175 is not included in the price. It is possible to rent a high chair and/or a playpen for an additional cost.
