Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is payable upon arrival. This will be returned 7 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that the air conditioning and heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate. Air conditioning costs EUR 4.29 per day. It is possible to rent a high chair and/or a playpen for an additional cost.
