Fully equiped apartment, kitchen with all necessary appliances (microwave oven, kettle, electrical cooker, dishes, pots, fridge with freezer, even iron with ironing board..). Nice big lounge with tv, balcony and two bedrooms with enough storage space. Clean bathroom.

Location was good and although apartment was basic it was clean.
good kitchen equipment, comfortable and spacious room.
Plenty of room. Full blown apartment. Quiet.
Because of our arrival after 8 pm we had to pay 20€. The check-in time without a fee could be postponed to at least to 10 pm.
Despite we arrived late in the evening and left the apartment next morning we had to deposit 150€. It is a lot for students at the end of the trip. Moreover it has to be paid by a credit card, paying in cash is not possible.
It's very basic, which is fine for the price. Though entering at 16:00 I think is quite late. There were quite some cooking utensils missing, like proper knives and a bottle-opener.
Difficult to sleep at night as mattresses on beds were poor. One member of staff, a girl, was nice but the guy that gave us our key on arrival was downright rude and had no people skills at all. A surprising choice for a customer service role.
We stayed at the hotel a week in june, during the week was never cleaned in apartments and do not change the towels.
There was a problem with sewage odour in the bathroom.
