Please note, pets are allowed at an EUR 40 per pet, per week. Please note, highchairs are available at an EUR 25 per week. Please note, electric fans are available at an EUR 10 per week. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Calle Bacallar, 12 , 03720 Benissa. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 12 per person or bring their own.
